Exchanges
We offer size exchanges or store credit for the same amount originally paid for the item in question. We only offer refunds on items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us via email should this fit your circumstance and a replacement will be sent to you.
We do not cover costs for returning items or items lost during the returning process therefore we suggest items be sent fully tracked. We will cover costs for replacement items being sent to you.

Refunds
Once you have contacted us via email and we have begun the return process. We will then require you to return the item to our address supplied via email, once the item has been inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will then be processed to your original method of payment. If paid via PayPal this will be immediately, if paid by card this will take between 3-5 working days.
