Refund policy

EU Customers

If you are located in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

* You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
* Refunds are issued after items are returned and inspected
* Return shipping costs may apply unless item is faulty

USA & International Customers

Outside the EU, including the USA:

* Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or misprinted items
* Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving goods with photo evidence
* Change-of-mind or sizing refunds are not provided

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be modified.
