All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

We do accept returns and exchanges for damaged or faulty items following a 30 day returns policy from the day of delivery confirmation. 

You must contact us directly at Support@ladieslovevandals.com  before a return is made for the returns address. Do not return orders to our warehouse as this will make any type of refund or exchange impossible.

We ship worldwide with a 5 - 12 working day shipping estimation from our many fulfilment centres located worldwide. See our list of fulfilment locations below to find the closest one to you. We work out where you are and ship from the closest one to you. During holiday seasons these times can fluctuate. Using these global carriers we guarantee tracking and a secure shipping experience.
