Returns

Returns accepted before 30 days after receiving product If 30 days have passed since the day you received the item we will not be able to offer refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it in.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us via email and we have begun the return process. We will then require you to return the item to our returns address supplied via email, once the item has been inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will then be processed to your original method of payment. If paid via PayPal this will be immediately, if paid by card this will take between 3-5 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us via email should this fit your circumstance and a replacement will be sent to you. We are unable to offer free exchanges for wrongly ordered sizes and will require a discounted payment in order to offer an exchange for wrongly ordered sizes.

We do not cover costs for returning items or items lost during the returning process therefore we suggest items be sent fully tracked. We will cover costs for replacement items being sent to you.
