Returns 

Returns accepted before 14 days after receiving product, if 14 days have past since you received the item we can not offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us via email and we have begun the return process. We will then require you to return the item to our address supplied via email, once the item has been inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will then be processed to your original method of payment. If paid via PayPal this will be immediately, if paid by card this will take between 3-5 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us via email should this fit your circumstance and a replacement will be sent to you.  

We do not cover costs for returning items or items lost during the returning process therefore we suggest items be sent fully tracked. We will cover costs for replacement items being sent to you.
